New Strategic Servicing solution launched in response to institutional investor demand following recent market challenges

Dublin, 04 May 2026: Pepper Advantage Ireland has announced the phased roll-out of new business and service initiatives as part of a diversification strategy spanning portfolio governance, technology modernisation, and specialist debt recovery.

As part of this plan, the business has launched Strategic Servicing in Ireland, a new solution for institutional investors seeking enhanced, independent oversight and auditable assurance across the loan lifecycle. Developed in direct response to requests from major global investors following recent market challenges, Strategic Servicing provides investors with independent third-party governance across origination and collateral management, technology-enabled workflows with secure audit trails, and due diligence and reporting that confirms collateral is correctly in place. This offering supports faster, more robust assurance and improved operational resilience.

Clients will also benefit from a significant technology upgrade as Pepper Advantage Ireland begins rolling out PRISM, the company’s proprietary credit management platform. Part of a significant group-wide technology investment, PRISM was built to replace legacy systems and gives servicers and their clients access to real-time data, automated workflows, and modern servicing tools. Already managing more than £3bn in assets across the UK and Spain, the platform is on track to service the full €75bn of assets under Pepper Advantage management over the coming years.

Part of the diversification strategy includes the launch of Harbour Credit, a separate service focused on unsecured debt, operating under its own brand and governance structure. Designed to serve banks, utilities, government agencies, and private enterprises, Harbour Credit will put sustainable customer outcomes at the centre of its model, drawing on Pepper Advantage's decade-long track record of developing tailored, realistic repayment solutions that help customers achieve better financial outcomes.

Alongside this, the business is reintroducing in-person visits for mortgage customers who may benefit from additional support. These visits are intended to provide a human touchpoint for those who may be harder to reach through traditional communication channels, ensuring that all customers have access to the full range of guidance and options available.

Niall Sorohan, Chief Executive of Pepper Advantage Ireland, said: “Credit servicing will always be the core of what we do and the upcoming rollout of PRISM in Ireland will be key to our ongoing success in this area. At the same time, our Strategic Servicing solution and Harbour Credit address real gaps in the Irish market and reflect our confidence in the opportunity here. We are building a broader, more resilient business on the back of direct demand from clients.”
