Pepper Advantage to become the Continuum Credit Group

New identity to launch in January 2027, bringing together specialist offerings across credit management, credit access, and credit technology

Change will reflect the Group's diversification following a period of investment and growth

London and Dublin – 21 October 2026 – Pepper Advantage today announced that it plans to rebrand in January 2027 as the Continuum Credit Group ("Continuum"), an international credit management, technology, and financial services company.

The coming rebrand follows the Group's ownership under J.C. Flowers & Co. and its separation from the Pepper Group. Under J.C. Flowers, the company has entered a period of significant growth and investment, including the acquisition of Computershare Loan Services in the UK and the proposed acquisition of Dilosk and ICS Mortgages in Ireland.

Continuum will reflect the company's evolution into a diversified organisation operating across the entire credit lifecycle. It currently manages approximately €75 billion in assets and provides credit management, loan servicing, technology, data and analytics services to lenders, investors, banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions. Under the Continuum brand, these activities will come together across three connected business lines: credit management, credit access, and credit technology.

Continuum will also provide a single identity for the Group and its portfolio of specialist brands, including Dilosk, Harbour Credit, and Zephyr Homeloans. As part of the rebrand, the company’s credit management PRISM platform – which manages over £2.5 billion in AUM at present and is on track to surpass £5 billion in AUM by the end of 2026 – will be renamed ContinuumOS, and Pepper Advantage Ireland's loan servicing business will transition to Engage Credit Ireland.

“The launch of Continuum will mark a defining point for our business," said Fraser Gemmell, Group CEO of Pepper Advantage. "This will be more than just a new name. It will be a new identity that brings our capabilities across credit management, access and technology together in a clear and compelling way.”

“While our name will change, our commitment to clients, customers and colleagues remains constant. Continuum will give us a stronger platform from which to invest, innovate, and build lasting value across our markets.”

The Continuum brand will launch in January 2027, subject to legal and regulatory approval, and will include a transition of corporate materials, digital channels and legal entity names where required. The change will not affect customer arrangements, account terms or regulatory protections.
